• Employers & Consultancies: Must post genuine, legitimate job vacancies complying with all labor laws and anti-discrimination regulations. Misleading, fraudulent, or fee-charging job postings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

All platform logos, trademarks, website layouts, and proprietary code are the property of Job Listing Platform. Company logos and job descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Employers purchasing posting packages or subscriptions agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Job Listing Platform operates as an online marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or warrant the accuracy of user-submitted content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
